Workshops

Unless otherwise noted in the workshop description, all workshops start at 9:30 at Austin Sewing Machines and Quilting, 1601 South IH 35, Ste 300 (Google map) Round Rock, Texas 78664. You may arrive at 9:00 am to get set up. We start clean up around 3:45 pm.

All Workshops MUST be paid for when you sign up. Standard workshop fee is $35 for members and $45 for non-members, unless noted in the workshop description.  Some workshops may require an additional kit fee or a book/pattern purchase, and these will be noted in the workshop description.

May 8, 2024 in-person	Backyard Birds: a playful day of fabric collage by Lisa Thorpe Lisa will share her process of creating her bird images, and show how she prints them on her home printer. Class will then demonstrate the design and composition of your own Backyard Bird 11x14" art quilt, with lots of examples for inspiration. A $25 kit is required. See the supply list for details. No two kits are exactly alike - you can choose your bird!
