Advertising


You can advertise to Chisholm Trail Quilt Guild members in two ways:

  1. Send a one-time email to the membership.
  2. Advertise in our monthly newsletter, which is distributed electronically to our members.

You can submit an ad by:

  1. Mailing a completed advertising form and payment to the address listed on the form.
  2. Emailing an ad and submitting payment using PayPal.
    You DO NOT need a Paypal account in order to pay using PayPal. You can complete your payments first, and then decide whether to save your information in a PayPal account for future purchases.

  • Advertising is open to non-members.
  • Ad content must be quilt-related.
  • Payment must be received before the ad can be published.
  • If you select a quantity different than 1, please include when you want the ad to run.
  • Ad copy must be sent electronically to advertise@ctquiltguild.org.
  • Graphics must be JPEG. Do not send a PDF. Please send ACTUAL SIZE images.
  • Ads may include a link to a business website, if applicable.
  • Newsletter ads which are prepaid for a year may be changed monthly, as long as they are the same size. Updates must be emailed by the 15th day of the month.


Group E-Mail

Sent once to paid members of the guild through the email list. Limited to one per month per advertiser. Limited to 200 words maximum.

Newletter Advertising
Business Card Size (3.5x2 inches) $5 for one month

$54 prepaid annually

Quarter Page Size (3.5x4.75 inches) $10 per month

$108 prepaid annually

Half Page Size (7.5x4.75 inches OR 3.5x9.75 inches) $20 per month

$216 prepaid annually
